Clever Cove: Kids Brain Games collects no personal information. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Everything your child does in the app stays on this device.
The app is designed for children and their families. It has no ads and no way to contact anyone. Child profiles hold only a first name or nickname and an avatar you choose, stored on this device. Purchases, settings and the only links that leave the app (this policy and the store's subscription settings) are in the grown-ups area, behind a parent check.
Spoken instructions use the voice built into the device. The app never records or listens to sound.
The games work without the internet. The app connects only to Apple or Google to show and process the Family Pass.
The Family Pass is sold and managed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see your card or account details. The app asks the store which subscription is active; there is no third-party subscription service.
We do not collect personal information from children. The app is built to meet the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Apple's Kids Category rules and Google Play's Families Policy.
If a grown-up turns it on after starting the Family Pass, the phone shows one reminder two days before the free week ends. It is scheduled on the phone; nothing is sent to us or anyone else. Turn it off in the grown-ups area.
Grown-ups > Delete all data removes everything the app stores. Uninstalling the app does the same.

The Family Pass renews automatically every month or every year, depending on the plan you choose, until you cancel. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. The price shown is the price the store charges.
